CrossPay dey use SMS 2FA to protect your account and your transactions.

When 2FA Dey Needed?

1. When you dey send money
2. When you dey add new person wey go collect
3. When you dey change your password
4. When you dey update security settings

How E Dey Work

1. When you do any protected action, we go send 6-digit code to your phone
2. Enter the code inside 10 minutes
3. If SMS no waka, we go send the code to your email on our own

If Wahala Dey

1. You no dey collect code? Check your phone network and make sure your number correct for Settings
2. Code don expire? Ask for new one — code dey valid for 10 minutes
3. Dem lock you out? After 3 failed tries, wait 15 minutes then try again
