Our services include currency exchange, payment processing, and beneficiary management. All transfers are subject to applicable regulations and compliance requirements.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a country wey CrossPay currently serve. Supported markets are listed at https://crosspay.me/send-money and may change from time to time. Business accounts require valid business registration in a supported market. You must provide accurate identification documents for KYC verification and maintain accurate account information at all times.
4. Account Responsibilities
You be responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. You must inform us immediately if any unauthorized access happen. You no fit share your account with others or create multiple accounts. We reserve the right to suspend accounts wey violate these terms.
5. Transfers and Payments
Transfer amounts are subject to daily and monthly limits based on your KYC verification tier. Exchange rates are provided at the time of transaction and are valid for the quoted duration only. Once a transfer don start and payment don confirm, e fit no be reversible. Processing times vary by destination and payment method.
6. Fees and Charges
CrossPay dey charge transparent fees wey dem show you before you confirm each transfer. Fees include a percentage-based platform fee and fit include a fixed fee depending on the corridor. Exchange rates include a spread over the mid-market rate. All fees dey clearly shown before confirmation — there are no hidden charges.
7. Prohibited Activities
You no fit use CrossPay for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any illegal activity. You no fit circumvent transfer limits, provide false information, or use automated tools to access our services without authorization. Violations go result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities.
8. Limitation of Liability
CrossPay no dey liable for delays caused by banking networks, regulatory holds, or force majeure events. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific transaction in question. We no dey responsible for losses due to incorrect beneficiary information wey you provide.
9. Termination
Either party fit terminate this agreement at any time. CrossPay fit suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, suspicious activity, or regulatory requirements. Upon termination, pending transfers go be completed or refunded as applicable.
10. Governing Law
Na the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria dey govern these terms. We go resolve any dispute through arbitration for Lagos, Nigeria, according to the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
