What are the transfer fees?

CrossPay charges a platform fee (1.5-2% depending on corridor) plus an exchange rate spread (1-1.2%). Some corridors include a small fixed fee. The total cost is always shown before you confirm.

How long do transfers take?

Most transfers arrive within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by corridor and payment method. You can track your transfer in real time from your dashboard.

Is my money safe?

Yes. CrossPay uses AES encryption, two-factor authentication for all transactions, and real-time fraud monitoring. Bank account numbers are encrypted at rest.

What documents do I need for verification?

You may need a government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, or NIN) and a selfie. Verification typically takes a few minutes to 1-2 business days.

What are the transfer limits?

Limits depend on your KYC verification tier. Verified users can send up to ₦1,600,000 daily and ₦8,000,000 monthly. Complete verification to unlock higher limits.
