Your CrossPay Wallet
Your CrossPay wallet lets you pre-fund your account and send transfers instantly from your balance.
How to Add Funds
- Go to Wallet from your dashboard
- Click Deposit
- Enter the amount you want to add
- Pay via card or bank transfer
- Funds appear in your wallet once the payment is confirmed
Sending from Your Wallet
When you create a transfer, you can choose to pay from your wallet balance. Wallet payments are:
- Instant — no waiting for card or bank processing
- No extra fees — no additional processing charges
- Convenient — ideal if you send money regularly
Wallet Balance
Your wallet balance is displayed on your dashboard. You can view your transaction history including deposits, transfers, and refunds in the wallet section.
Withdrawing Funds
To withdraw funds from your wallet back to your bank account:
- Go to Wallet and click Withdraw
- Enter the amount and confirm
- Funds are sent to your registered bank account within 1-2 business days
Security
Your wallet balance is protected by the same security measures as your account — AES encryption, 2FA for transactions, and real-time fraud monitoring.
