CrossPay charges transparent fees that are always displayed before you confirm a transfer. Two components make up the total cost:
A small percentage of the transfer amount. The exact rate is shown on every quote and on the confirmation screen — we never charge more than what you see there.
For most corridors the platform fee is 0.1% of the amount you send. A few corridors add a small fixed component (₦500–₦750) to cover destination-bank handling costs; when that applies, both pieces appear as a single "Transfer fee" line on the quote.

We base our rates on the mid-market rate and add a small spread (typically 1.0–1.2% depending on the corridor) to cover hedging and FX provider fees. The spread is built into the rate you see — there's no separate line item.
